We are looking to acquire distressed small businesses in the manufacturing or construction industry on the east coast from Florida to New York. Businesses should have an annual volume of less than $5mm with key management in place.

We are always looking for value-added real estate opportunities in Central Pennsylvania, we will also consider opportunities on the west coast of Florida.  Our preferred deal size is between $5mm and $10mm.
