About LHB Ventures

LHB Ventures is an investment company led by Brian Thompson & Lisa Fernino-Thompson. We acquire value-added real estate and small businesses that we hold for long-term growth.

Founded in 2005, the company is run with the simple philosophy of slow steady growth.  We have a nearly twenty-year track record of steady successful growth; we have a low-leveraged balance sheet, and our great relationships with our banking partners allow us to quickly react to opportunities in any economic condition.

In 2006 after ownership of a greeting card business for five years and with the business knowledge of a twelve-year career as a General Manager overseeing three high-volume retail stores in Paramus, New Jersey Lisa began running our day-to-day business full-time.

In late 2023 after 27 years of running complex construction development projects in New York City and other large metropolitan cities and gaining invaluable knowledge on leading projects that were up to $500 million dollars, Brian left the corporate world to help run the company on a full-time basis.
